Gamification as Human Centric Design Layers

 This is a brainstorming piece, what would you call Gamification, if you wanted a more professional and less confusing sounding alternative? I'd really like to hear your ideas on this, if you could comment below. 

There has been a lot of criticism about the name "Gamification", implying that some segments of enterprise do not fully "get" it by that name. 

Gartner, one of the leading IT research and advisor firms that studies trends, in 2011 predicted that by 2015 more than 50 percent of organizations that manage innovation processes will gamify those processes and 70% of Global 2000 organizations will have at least one gamified application. The market growth of "gamification" is expected to reach the $1,707 billion in 2015 and the 5,500 billion in 2018. The biggest market is expected to be the North America, followed by Europe.

Extricably tied to the omni-channel paradigm that focuses on the digital reality of the present and future via a customer-centric lens; ideas, implications and full implementation of gamification of layers have yet to be fully realized.

 What names appeal to you, or does "Gamification" make sense to you?

Gamification implies creating heightened user motivation to repeat certain actions and continue such behavior that helps your brand get more exposure while making interacting with your brand, products and services more rewarding from the user's perspective.
