Some may be frustrated by the unexpected start of August, which saw kena: Bridge of Spirits postponed for a later date, though, we have many distinctive titles coming to different platforms that suit all tastes, whether fans of console games, computers, even smartphones with huge production budgets, impressive fees, or independent titles with unfamiliar ideas.

1st Godfall - Released August 10 “ps4”

Godfall was released in November 2020 on PC and PS5, and most recently during the Gearbox event at E3 2021 a new version of the game was unveiled coming on the PS4 platform.

The PS4 version of Godfall is coming with a free upgrade to the new generation version, i.e. if you buy PS5 later you won't need to buy the game from new ones. Fire and Darkness' upcoming expansion of more than 40 new weapons and equipment, as well as more than 50 new personal features, was also unveiled during the broadcast, and the trial version of Matchmaking will be launched for the first time.

The title has been released exclusively for home devices via PS5 for only six months, and since May 12, 2021, Counterplay Games and Gearbox have been free to spread the game on other platforms, so it's only natural that the game will be released later on Xbox Series S/X.

2nd Hades - Released August 13 “PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One”

4th 12 Minutes - Released August 19 “Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC”

?As the name shows, 12 Minutes focuses on that particular time period, where a romantic evening between a couple turns into a horrific incident when a policeman breaks into their house and accuses the wife of murder, and fights with the husband until he ends his life, so that the time cycle repeats and the husband finds himself returning to the same moment he opens the door, and the situation is repeated again and again until she can solve the mystery and finally break the time cycle.

5th Ghost of Tsushima Direct's Cut - Released August 20 “PS4, PS5”

The enhanced version of the exclusive samurai game on PlayStation with additional content touches on the all-new island of Akie, and Jane's journey begins when he discovers that a mysterious Mongolian tribe has gained a foothold in Ike. They are led by a leader named Ankhsar Khatun, known to her followers as the "Eagle". As Khatun and Shaman, she is not only a murderer of nations, but a shepherd of spirits. 6th Aliens: Fireteam Elite - Released August 24 “PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC”

The game focuses on three Marines fighting against Xenomorphs in a battle for survival, while the title takes place during the original Alien trilogy, and players aboard the USS Endeavour and fight the Xenomorph cell.

There are 20 different types of enemies, from Xenomorphs to Facehuggers and Praetorians. Each is described as having "their own intelligence to ambush, overcome vulnerable Marines and take their lives," and players can choose from five categories including Gunner, Demolisher, Technician, Doc and Recon, as well as more than 30 weapons, and you can customize these weapons with more than 70 modifications and accessories, and the classic assault rifle and flamethrower appear to be key elements of the Marine Corps arsenal.

Marvel future Revolution - Released August 25 “iOS, Android”

Marvel Future Revolution is a collaboration between Netmarble and Marvel announced at PAX East 2020, and the two have come together to create a portable game in an open world, Revolution of the Future is actually marvel's first open game to the world on mobile.

Marvel Future Revolution, written by Marvel's Mark Sommerak, revolves around the so-called primary earth, where multiple universes converge and with this convergence, multiple types of superheroes come from many supercons, who come together to form the Omega Flight collection.

Superheroes will come up with a lot of costumes to change between them so that the game can live as long as possible, and the costumes are honestly great and not sleet, just enough to see Spider-Man costumes as long as I love them, most notably the outfit in Infinity War inspired by Iron Man a little bit.

7th Psychonauts 2 - Released August 25 “PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC”

Psychonauts 2 combines exotic tasks with mysterious plots, a cinematic-style platformer game, and adventure offers equal danger, excitement and laughter as player’s guide Raz on a journey through the minds of friends and enemies in an effort to defeat and eliminate the deadly villain forever.

Explore unique environments with Raz's ability to dive into people's brains to fight the demons that inhabit them, open hidden memories, and solve their emotional problems, and also slow down the same time to solve puzzles and fight enemies.

8th No More Heros 3 - Released August 27 “Switch”

Legendary killer Travis Touchdown returns to face the fu evil prince and his group of alien killers eager to invade Earth, and the only thing standing in their way is Travis Touchdown and his crew.

Armed with the deadly Beam Katana, new technology, and some deadly wrestling moves, Travis must continue to fight until he reaches the top of the galaxy's superhero rating and stops the invaders before destroying the planet.

9th New World - Released August 31 “pc”

?

Amazon's New World game has been postponed twice previously, first in May 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the release date has been postponed to August 2020, and from August 25 to Spring 2021, before stabilizing at the end of August this year, to offer players an exploratory MMO epic in an open world with support for team play elements.

?

Each excursion will tell its own story and will be a unique experience, with a variety of excursions throughout the game, starting with Amrine Exploration, which opens its doors to players once their character reaches level 25.

The added end-of-game content includes an area called Ebonscale Reach, a land of "lush wetlands and high cliffs" where the exiled princess appears to be making plans to return, as well as new five-player adventures called excursions and 20 against 20 in a rudimentary river basin full of ancient techniques called Outpost Rush.
