Games User Research Virtual Summer Camp

Announcing the unofficial 2020 GUR Virtual Summer Camp!  

Just because we’re social distancing doesn’t mean we stop being a professional community.  This virtual event will bring together Games User Researchers at all levels to connect, present and view talks, network, socialize, and learn from one another.  

This is an informal online “unconference,” where anyone can grab a timeslot and lead a presentation, discussion, social activity, or other concept related to games user research.  Anyone can participate!

Date: May 15th, 2020, starting at 8am PST

Content: That’s up to you!  Want to give a talk, start a discussion, host a panel, or plan a fun group activity?  We’re looking for all types of content (except sales pitches or similar self-promotion) for different audiences, and want you to lead with the content you want.  Just sign up at the link below with an informative title and then fill out the form with more detail.

• Timeslot sign-up: Grab either 1 slot for a 25 minute talk or two slots for a 50 minute talk.
• After you sign up, fill out this form with more detail.
• Note: Those previously scheduled to present at the 2021 GRUX Summit can choose to present their talk here instead, but the same talk cannot be given at both events.  If you choose to present here, please notify the 2021 Summit organizers.
