Our story as Gamelancer Media Corp. begins April 14, 2022 with a press release announcing the acquisition of Gamelancer by Wondr Gaming. The amalgamation of media experts from Wondr Gaming, the talented production team from JoyBox Media, and the securing of a vast and exclusive Gen Z and Millennial audiences through Gamelancer has truly been a winning combination, and the beginning of a unique opportunity for brands, agencies, and creators to establish a rapport with this elusive demographic.
The merging of these three companies allows Gamelancer Media Corp to offer our clients the most comprehensive suite of services though our unique production + distribution business model, providing a leg up for brands looking to advertise and sell products into the Gen Z and Millennial demographics. The Company offers both full-creative and user generated content (UGC), and exclusive access to our 44 channel owned-and-operated 38+ million follower network. User generated content garners attention and interaction, while supporting up-and-coming creators in growing their online presence and establishing their careers.
The Company has developed great relationships with many notable brands in various industries including financial, electronics & technology, food and beverage, game development, national sports, and many more. Gamelancer Media's production + distribution model produces such great results that most evolve into repeat business, oftentimes resulting in more robust budgets with each subsequent campaign. - On April 6, 2023 the Company released guidance for 2023 including $8.6 million in topline booked revenues, a 238% increase year-over-year, a gross profit margin of 68%, up from 60%, and a 36% reduction in total expenses. With its existing contracts, the company said it should become profitable in 2023.
