Q2 Financials: Surpassing Projections and Strategic Expenses

Gamelancer Media has exceeded expectations by surpassing its Q2 2023 revenue projections for Over-The-Top (OTT) services. The achievement becomes all the more impressive as the Q2 2023 figures have outpaced the revenue generated during the same period in 2022. This remarkable growth underscores Gamelancer Media's steadfast commitment to excellence.

As part of the Q2 interim financials, we addressed certain significant expenses that were essential for our growth strategy. These included final payments associated with concluding the strategic acquisitions of Gamelancer Gaming and Joybox studios, totaling approximately 4.6 million dollars. Additionally, around 1.2 million dollars was allocated towards legal fees connected with our recent private placement and the process of listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). We want to reassure you that these expenses, though substantial, will not impact our financials moving forward, which will have a very positive impact on our Q3 EBITA. Please note that these expenses were essential in positioning us for future success, and we greatly appreciate your continued support.
