Happy New Year! As we turn the page on a transformative year at GameChanger, I want to thank you for the continued trust you put in us to capture the youth sports moments most important to you. Your passion and engagement inspire us daily to enhance our platform, ensuring it remains a vital connection between families and their loved ones' games.

2023 Highlights

2023 was a year of milestones, breakthroughs, and innovation. From the launch of new features like AutoStream for basketball, to a historic partnership with MLB and record-breaking usage of video streaming & highlights, each achievement reinforced our commitment to elevating youth sports across the country. 2023 Customer Testimonials

One of the greatest joys of my role is hearing directly from you. Here are a few stories that stood out in 2023.

Earlier this year, I met Stanley & Judy, grandparents from Georgia, at a Bat Mitzvah celebration. They could not have been more excited to share how GameChanger made it possible for them to watch their five grandkids play on the same day when they can’t get to the games in person.

This summer, we heard from Alyssa who plays softball in Connecticut on a nationally ranked team. She shared how GameChanger helps her Abuelito (great-grandfather) who lives in Puerto Rico and suffers from dementia. He watches Alyssa on GC and this allows him to concentrate and follow her stats.

In July, I met Ivy, a mom from Pennsylvania, and her family at Newark airport. They noticed the GameChanger shirt I was wearing and we struck up a conversation. Her family loves GC and was very excited to share some feedback they are hoping to see in the app for next year.

Looking Ahead

What can you expect from us this year? I’ll tell you in the context of lessons we (re)learned in 2023.

1. Our Best Ideas Come In Partnership With You: Our culture is rooted in our love for you, our users. We embody that love by regularly incorporating your feedback. This is possible because we release a new version of our product every week.
2. We Can Make Your Lives Even Easier: Coaches and parents work really hard. You are going to see some magical things this year that make using GameChanger even easier and even less work. We want you to spend your time coaching and parenting, not worrying about capturing the action.
3. You Trust Us With Your Broader Youth Sports Experience: Last year, you saw some new things from us, like Athlete Profiles. Some of you saw sports related ads. Feedback on both was tremendously positive. We will continue to find new ways to enhance your youth sports experience, while ensuring that the core GameChanger product you love remains as easy to use and delightful as it has always been.
4. Enduring Importance of Youth Sports: Humanity faces many challenges. They will not be solved by all of us alone. Our society must raise the next generation to lead. This is why GameChanger’s mission to “Elevate The Next Generation Through Sports” is so important to us. For several hours a week, parents across the United States lend what they love most, their children, to the youth sports ecosystem. This is a massive responsibility we take very seriously. Everything from content quality, to uptime, to data privacy.
5. Our Industry Can Stem Any Decline in Youth Sports Participation: We don’t believe youth sports participation needs to decline even if public funding shrinks. Anywhere technology innovation occurs, costs can go down and accessibility can increase. We challenge our entire industry to build new ways to deliver better youth sports experiences to more communities and people.
6. Leadership Matters: There were many examples of inconsistent leadership in the world this year. Sports are not immune to external forces. Our kids look up to coaches, parents, fellow athletes and innovators at all levels of sports. At GameChanger, you can expect us to lead with moral clarity and humanity to support communities and families. If we fall short of this aim, please reach out and let us know.??
