Who knew one statement could mean so much? 

Last week was the 2016 GM Conference for Logan's Roadhouse!  We celebrated our 25th year by respecting our past, celebrating our future, and creating a foundation that is unlike any other.  The celebration was one that will be remembered by all.  We checked items off all of our bucket lists while having a private concert by Jerrod Niemann and CJ Solar at the Grand Ole

Opry and watching our very own CEO Sam Borgese join Jerrod on stage and play! (Yes our CEO is AWESOME!).

We had moments that were just as EPIC with our Division Lip Sync Battle!  Oh yes, a DVP dressed as half woman/half man for a duet, A DO as Elsa from Frozen, and more...

Our Chief People Officer dressed as Chrissy Teigen and our Director of Training was a killer LL Cool J. 

I know you're wondering what this has to do with the Logan's Roadhouse you know....and I am getting there.

We donated 8,000 pounds of food to the Second Harvest Food Bank.  We did this by having End hunger Games that had us all working as a team and creating memories like you wouldn't believe!

We had an amazing Keynote, Brian Biro taught us how to breakthrough our own fears and literally break through boards...no joke...two of our talented leaders literally broke through wooden boards on the first try!

But the best part was being together as a team, hearing from our inspiring leaders and celebrating our journey ahead.  The culture we all so proudly embody is stronger than ever!  We used the phrase "Be a Gamechanger" all week to realize we all are just that...Gamechangers!  We are paving the way for Logan's Roadhouse.  You haven't experienced the "Right Way To Roadhouse" if you haven't been a part of this group of Gamechangers.  We celebrated with many of our leaders for the amazing results they achieved and can't wait to see who is on stage next year.
