The Game Plan Method?

Yesterday I shared about the first method in my Conscious Growth Framework - The Fact Finding Method? and how I’m bringing sexy back to data.?

Today we look at The Game Plan Method?, which the Fact Finding Method? slides into like a knife into butter. We take those sexy insights from the research exercises and use them to create the business strategy.

There are a few exercises to go through, and these can be a lot of fun once my students get their creative juices flowing.? We split it into four elements:

Vision + Mission + Values: to hook into their personal vision, their business mission and their core values, creating a deeper attachment to why they’re doing all this and bringing it to life in a really creative way. This is like rocketfuel to a business, particularly when the business owner may have lost their way or fallen out of love. It hooks them back into their soul and starts their? journey on creating a soul led business. Honestly, not having this is like having a boat without a rudder. And nobody wants to be rudderless. Nobody.

Goal Clarity: here we get super clear on the goals that matter most to them, as opposed to what they ‘think’ they should be going for. These goals matter so we give them the care and attention they need.

Revenue Planning: here we get jiggy with the numbers with handy tools like our revenue wheel and planner, before getting clear what they need to sell to hit their revenue goal.

Brand + Positioning: it’s time to get creative with the brand as we identify their unique differentiators and the things that will make them stand out in a crowded market. Once this is done, we build their brand house so they can see what they stand for and who they are in all their unique glory.?

It’s quite a journey, and my Conscious Consultant Certification students get to use all of this on their own businesses as they learn how to do it for their clients. Already my current cohort have come up with intensive days where they can take their clients through some of these exercises as soon as they’ve graduated. To be honest, selling just a few of those will cover the investment for the certification alone - and there’s SO much else they can offer too (I create a collection of offers across all methods that they can sell as soon as they graduate).
