In this Newsletter, we'll explore the fascinating similarities between life and the game of Scrabble. Just as Scrabble challenges us to form words and strategically position them on the board, life presents us with opportunities and obstacles that require careful thought and decision-making.

Have you ever considered the parallels between the components of Scrabble and the aspects of life? Let's delve into it together.

• The Board: In Scrabble, the board provides the foundation upon which words are built. Similarly, in life, our hearts serve as the emotional core, the driving force behind our actions and relationships. It is through our hearts that we connect with others, express love and compassion, and find meaning and purpose.

• The Bag of Tiles: In Scrabble, the bag of tiles represents the endless possibilities and resources at our disposal. Similarly, our minds are a vast reservoir of knowledge, skills, and creativity. It is through our minds that we navigate challenges, solve problems, and explore new ideas. Just like selecting tiles from the bag, we must make choices and utilize our mental faculties to shape our lives.

• The Tile Rank: In Scrabble, each tile has a specific value, and strategically placing high-scoring tiles can lead to victory. In life, our bodies represent the physical vessel through which we experience the world. Taking care of our bodies and prioritizing our well-being allows us to perform at our best, just like strategically positioning tiles in the game.

Life, like Scrabble, is about constantly expanding our vocabulary and skill set, making meaningful connections, and strategically positioning ourselves for success. So, what words will you spell in your life? How will you position them? How many words do you know to challenge and overcome the obstacles that come your way?

JUNE IS HERE!!!

For this first edition, I felt a strong nudge for us to spell - DETERMINE.

Interestingly, I have a perfect example. It's about a young lady called, Ruth.

Her life had taken a challenging turn as she lost her husband and found herself childless. With nothing but her unwavering determination, she stood strong beside her mother-in-law, Naomi, refusing to abandon her in her time of need.

Amidst the trials they faced, Ruth made a remarkable choice. She firmly declared, "Where you go, I will go. Where you stay, I will stay. Your people will be my people, and your God, my God." These profound words encapsulated Ruth's determination to forge ahead, hand in hand with Naomi, regardless of the uncertain future that awaited them.

Ruth's unwavering determination and selfless loyalty transformed her life from one of adversity and uncertainty to one of abundance and fulfillment. Her story teaches us that when we choose to embrace life's uncertainties with determination, we open ourselves up to incredible opportunities and unexpected blessings.

So, let's spell "DETERMINE" boldly in our lives. Let's harness its energy and let it guide us towards realizing our dreams.
