Have you ever met someone who defied all odds, staying with one company for their career in the game development industry?

Hi, that’s me.

I consider myself super fortunate to be part of this fantastic game-making journey. I've had the joy of rub shoulders and collaborate with some of the brightest, most creative, and genuinely inspiring souls in the industry.

Though, if we’re being honest, my journey is somewhat of a statistical anomaly.

I've been nestled under one company's wing for almost the entirety of this ride. I always imagined I’d bow out into retirement with them, but life - the cheeky scriptwriter that it is - had a plot twist up its sleeve! Just like many of my pals, I’ve witnessed the same ups and downs—those exhilarating launches and challenging downturns.

For those just starting out in our world of game development, hold fast. Brighter days are just around the corner. You don't deed to be a great visionary to predict that in the not-too-distant future, companies will be eagerly looking to expand their teams.

It's during these challenging times that our community truly shines. We band together, lifting each other up, showcasing the undeniable unity and spirit that defines us. It warms my heart to be part of such a supportive game-dev family.

Recently, life tossed me into unfamiliar waters, and the overwhelming outpouring of support and kindness from beautiful souls flooding my inbox has been heartwarming.

Speaking of beautiful souls, I have to mention Amir Satvat . Throughout my wild journey, I've yet to encounter someone as extraordinary as him. Incredibly, this champion has assisted over 450 talents in finding their new homes.
