We're students of KL University working on Skill Development Project-3 using Java Full Stack. Our project is about creating an "Online Art Gallery System", on our platform, you can easily explore and buy art online from anywhere. We've made the process simple and brought a wide variety of artworks together in one place for art enthusiasts.

Gallery Gaze is a web application that brings art from around the world to your fingertips. In Gallery Gaze, you can explore artworks from different cultures and time periods without ever leaving your home. You can also learn about the artists and their work . Gallery Gaze's ever-growing collection ensures that you'll always have something new to discover. It's the perfect way to discover new art and expand your horizons.

Features:

• Various artforms: We display a variety of artworks from different artists, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, and more. This allows our users to explore a wide range of art and find pieces that they love.
• Catalogs: Our "Catalogs" section provides information about artworks related to a particular art category. This helps our users to learn more about the different types of art that we offer and find pieces that they are interested in.
• Rental: We offer a rental service for our artworks. This allows our users to try out different pieces of art without having to commit to buying them. It also makes it possible for our users to decorate their spaces with art without having to invest a lot of money.
• Art advisory: We offer art advisory services to help people arrange artworks in their homes or places, or decorate their spaces. This service can be helpful for people who are not sure how to choose or arrange artworks. Our art advisors can provide guidance and suggestions based on the user's individual needs and preferences.

We have conducted a field survey and obtained the following Insights.

From this survey we have obtained the following insights:

• Significant number of people were familiar with online art gallery systems and were interested in using them. This suggests that there is a large market for online art galleries, and that people are open to the idea of buying art online.
• Only a few people were not familiar with online art gallery systems. This suggests that online art galleries are becoming increasingly popular, and that more people are becoming aware of them.
• Most people were interested in buying art online through online art gallery systems, and there were also a significant number of people who were interested in buying art through art fairs. This suggests that people are open to buying art through a variety of channels, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to selling art online.
• Users were looking for a user-friendly website that involved easy and fast communication with artists. This suggests that people want to be able to easily find and purchase art online, and that they also want to be able to easily communicate with artists about their work.

Different Modules Present :

Our application contains 2 Core Modules:

1.Admin Module: This is a administrative module which is only accessible to authorized users, such as art gallery employees who are responsible for managing the artists and artworks in the gallery's online collection. The module has a number of security measures in place to protect it from unauthorized access.

2.Customer Module: The Customer Module serves as a platform that enables customers to explore and purchase their desired artworks. It offers a range of filters that customers can utilize to refine their product searches effectively.

Audience Understanding Tools:

User Persona:

This representation constitutes a comprehensive and partially fictional portrayal of your intended customer, developed using a blend of qualitative and quantitative data derived from market research and insights about current customers.

Customer Journey Map:

This map outlines the diverse stages that the customer goes through while navigating the process of purchasing the product.

Empathy Map:

This representation shows what a user thinks, does, and how they feel about the system. It helps us understand their thoughts and see things from their point of view.

System Architecture:

The system architecture integrates various crucial elements to create a comprehensive solution. Artwork management ensures efficient organization and display of creative pieces, while the search feature enables users to easily locate specific items. Enquiry capabilities facilitate smooth communication between users and administrators. Lastly, stock management guarantees optimal inventory control, enhancing overall system functionality and user satisfaction.
