A Gala Ball with a Difference

On November 12th?2022, the team at Gulf for Good welcomed nearly 300 guests to our annual Charity Gala Ball in support of?Larchfield Children’s Home.?

Larchfield is home to abandoned children nestled in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Aside from providing a happy, safe and secure haven for these children, Larchfield aims to promote self-reliance by encouraging life sustaining water resource management and agricultural programmes which will not only support a nourishing staple diet but offers the community profitable skills and employment too.?

Set in the magical venue of the Ritz Carlton JBR in Dubai, we are beyond thrilled to report that the Gala Ball was once again a resounding success.?

With your incredible support, we smashed our fundraising goal by raising over our AED300,000 target! With this amount, we can now fulfil Larchfield’s request for USD40,000 towards their agricultural programme with the remainder going to Gulf for Good’s own sustainability. This enables us to continue our work in supporting underprivileged children around the world.?

It takes a village to create an impact and influence change. The Gala Ball has shown that when a community comes together, we become a force for good, capable of transforming lives. In this instance, your contributions have created an opportunity and paved the way for Larchfield children to achieve their aspired future selves.?
