Gaining an Agile Edge

Earlier in the week I had the privilege of presenting a webinar for Massey University. As a Massey grad myself, it was great to be back on campus - and not have any assignments due ;-)

I spoke on ‘Gaining an Agile Edge’ and covered topics such as:

• What it means to ‘be’ Agile
• How this differs from just ‘doing’ Agile
• Key behaviours, skills and capabilities we need to be successful in todays’ ever-changing world, and
• How team empowerment leads to motivation and innovation.
