Gain insights on recruiting and retaining a diverse talent pipeline from a pioneering HBCU Chancellor.
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming session with Guest Contributor Elwood Robinson, Chancellor of Winston Salem State University (WSSU). We will share strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining diverse, underrepresented, and Gen Z populations.
Chancellor Robinson will join BridgeWorks Managing Director, Speaker, and Generational Expert Phil Gwoke for a conversation around how the successful WSSU model holds great relevance for employers looking to deepen and diversify their workforces. By uniting our generational knowledge with Dr. Robinson's expertise we will provide insights for businesses looking for more effective recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies and practices.
WSSU has consistently been recognized by CollegeNET as one of the top HBCU’s in the nation when it comes to Social Mobility. Chancellor Robinson and his team have developed and implemented a number of onboarding initiatives, high-impact partnerships, and community building steps to both welcome and then truly engage many first-generation and under-resourced college students.
These conversations are a part of our ongoing effort to utilize our generational framework to advance positive discussion and understanding of issues related to diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace.
