The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework explores individual and collective qualities that organizations and institutions can potentially develop in favor of sustainability.
The IDGs framework describes the qualities needed for the inner growth of leaders who work with complex societal issues. It aims to mobilize a broader engagement among organizations and institutions to increase the investment in efforts to develop those crucial skills.
The IDG framework represents 23 skills and qualities in 5 categories developed through two surveys:

The forum convened inaugural Finalists and Winners of the Prize alongside special guests including The Earthshot Prize Global Alliance network, Heads of State, worldwide business leaders, philanthropists, non-governmental leaders and influencers.
