Infypower latest G2 module collections are engineered with even smaller dimensions to achieve ultra high power density (UHPD) and higher efficiency for more compact system integration compared with current generation. Meanwhile, G2 members share the same size and interface, ensuring flexible configurations for complex EV charging and BESS applications.
G2 power modules can deal with a wide range of AC/DC, DC/DC and bidirectional AC/DC power conversions, including REG1K0100G2, REG1K0135G2, REG200250G, CEG1K0100G2, BEG1K075G, BEC1K0135G and BEG1K0100G by model name. In support of “build America, buy America”, REG1K0100G2 and REG1K0135G2 have been produced in the USA starting from 2024 Q4.
REG1K0100G2 and REG1K0135G2 share multiple advantages and outstanding features in comparison with G1 versions. Boasting industry highest power density and 10% smaller in dimension, they also offer features like:
1.??? Ultra high power density with light weight, more than 49W/in3, space saving for compact charger integration, helping reduce charging pile footprint.
2.??? Full load efficiency exceeds 97%, 1% higher than current generation, more energy saving and cost efficient.
3.??? Wide constant power output range from 300Vdc to 1000Vdc, fulfilling a variety of fast charging needs. Even working at low-voltage range from 300Vdc to 50Vdc, it can maintain 100A/135A output.
4.??? Estop function that can respond swiftly for in-time safety and reliability assurance. For instance, it takes only 2ms for Estop to take action in case of an emergency by 1000V output.
5.??? Flexible charging: auto-switch, high-voltage and low- voltage modes based on the battery types of different electric vehicles.
6.??? Adjustable noise: standard mode (<75dB), denoise mode (<65dB), silence mode (<60dB), adapting to different noise requirements. For example, when the ambient temperature rises, it can automatically put a limit on the maximum output power so as to keep the fan noise constantly within the set mode value.
7.??? Adjustable charger fan speed with module fan speed to optimize noise control through CAN communication.
8.??? Intelligent air-duct detection with automatic power limiting and clean-up alarm.
9.??? All-weather high reliability owing to specialized potting technology on key circuits, protecting charger modules from salt spray, humidity and mildew damage.

CEG1K0100G2 looks identical to REG1K0100G2 but operates in a DC/DC manner. It’s specially designed for DC input fast EV chargers, and can also serve as a MPPT solar inverter. It has many shared features with REG1K0100G2 in design and function to ensure high efficiency, low fan noise, high power density and high reliability.
BEG1K075G and BEG1K0100G signify cutting-edge bidirectional AC/DC converters that connect the battery or the DC bus to the AC grid. They feature high frequency transformer isolation inside, wide voltage range at both source and load side, off-grid support as well as swift & smooth transition when power flow direction changes. Intended applications are V2G/V2H, energy storage EV charging, isolated PCS for BESS, VPF EV charging, retired battery utilization and smart grid. By incorporating full SiC design, they can achieve a maximum efficiency higher than 97%. ?
BEC1K013G is a bidirectional DC/DC converter that connects the battery to the DC bus. It features high frequency transformer isolation inside, wide voltage range at both source and load side, and swift & smooth transition when power flow direction changes. Intended applications are B2G/B2H, energy storage EV charging, retired battery utilization and smart DC grid. By incorporating full SiC design, they can achieve a maximum efficiency higher than 98.5%.
Unlike other G2 modules, REG200250G is especially designed for low output voltage and high current DCFC systems tailored for electric forklifts, AGVs (automated guided vehicles), electric golf carts and sightseeing vehicles as well as industrial power systems. Covering 20-200Vdc low voltage range, it can deliver up to 250A constant current when the ambient temperature is around 45℃.
