In simple words, GOAL is achieved when entire team members GO ALL for the common objective or cause !!
Team success is more critical / important than individual success, since individual success could be so called twisted or distorted presentation which can be temporary; to safeguard individual interests.
Hence I strongly feel that team success essentially depends upon the ‘GO-ALL’ Approach by every member.
