Futurism and the need for Flexible and Adaptable Human Condition or Encoding of Norms

The human condition is by the words of many a constantly changing dynamic, per Elon Musk we are living in a world of illusion as the decisions and actions we make have no real purpose and the cause and effect of the compounding actions all 8 billion humans, 8000 plus culture groups having a belief of right to exist and a right to have a choice are through convenience not question that they are living in a world of illusion and where the decisions and actions they take are not real to their beliefs, what they want for their children and through which the cause and effect is obscured by the just as ignorant self importance seeking individuals (politicians, wannabe leaders, disenfranchised, ...) confused that their mission in life has some other purpose. Yet, the move out of this illusionary state sits in continually expanding the reach or knowledge and deep diving into exploring the truth of making decisions which align with an altruistic purpose such as "sustainability" or non wasteful "abundance" as opposed to the illusion creating purpose of making a profit veering humanity off the path of truth and deepening the rift of non-purposeful decision making.

The human condition has been a powerful encoding capability from the time when humans started forming groups, there was a respect of living and sharing resources that required rules that became encoded in the human mindset and formed part of societal normals. As groups became bigger and more differentiated these encodings where required to be acceptable within larger groups and the Ten Commandments of the Old Testament are the result of this and exist and are strong in many religious circles although not always practiced to the endth degree. However, in addition to religion new societal norma have crept into the behavior of the human condition and this predominantly through globalization and the convenience of industrialization and business for instance prioritizing the ownership of property or cars at the expense of public transport, some other societal norms that require altering is the perception of man as the breadwinner in a family and the change of the condition of woman since the discovery of the washing machine and tasks that can be done by women just as easily then by men and even though this has changed people (men and women) still behave or live in this reality and it is just a matter of new encoding and societal norms within the growing of the human condition within families and schools and society that needs to be congruent.

Societies are changing fast and these new norms will be constantly challenged and the aligning of knowledge requires a discovery and redefinition of the bigger picture and a drilling down into the details of aligning and spreading the decision making and aligning this with a purpose in a connected world we currently live in and which we will definitely live in, in the future and which will require constant flexibility and encoding or creating a human condition hat is flexible and adaptable to continuous change and that is change for a better human condition of a collective and connected world.
