In Web3, it is easier and faster to spin up a competitor, so you will just drain resources by focusing on staying ahead of the competition

Instead, be paranoid about not providing enough value to customers and talent to make your company sticky

I am hard-pressed to remember a company that did not succeed when they truly focused on driving value and retaining customers and talent
