The future is yesterday with ChatGPT

On the other hand when I reflect on the AI for Good Conference at ITU in Suisse we are probably unable to find all the ethics and guidelines to use this technology at once. It's like give a box of candles to a small kid. You can not predict how the future will unfold entirely. So my statement is : "the future is yesterday" to understand and guide the impact of ChatGPT on our society. But exiting times ahead !
