Sharing his thoughts on cultivating a high-performance mindset, Olympic Champion & Entrepreneur Abhinav A. Bindra OLY delivered the keynote session.?
Bindra said, "What I remember about my journey is not the gold medal, but the journey to achieving the medal. There are a lot of lessons I learned from sports that can be applied to the corporate world. I learned from the greatest failures rather than successes and gained great insight from the same.”
Bindra stressed how important it is to have the courage to embrace change in today’s scenario.
“Adapting to changes in attitude and skills is a must. You should learn to change even when you are doing well. While it is our nature to resist change, we need to look ahead and anticipate what lies ahead in the future”, Bindra added.?
There was a power-packed panel discussion where the leading CEOs spoke about how to master complexity and lead in the digital age. The session was moderated by Ankit Jhamb, CLO, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP.?

Sharing his thoughts on the blue-collar workforce, Gupta said, ‘The blue-collar workforce is also evolving and embracing technology. Today's generation wants to work on strategies rather than spending time on data mending.”
According to Rahul Goyal , Managing Director (India & Southeast Asia), ADP India “Technology is a growth multiplier. Maintenance is a must for technology, and it has to be managed with love. For this reason, we have to be patient with our customers and help them understand HR technology and payroll technology so that they can better serve their employees."
Raj T. , CSO & Head HR, AdvantageClub.ai , discussed “EX in the Future of Work: Personalized, Inclusive & Authentic”. He started with the emergence of the employee engagement concept.?
“How do you ensure belongingness with the technology wave so high?”, asked Tanwar to the panelists.?
Vishpala Reddy Head HR, 飞利浦 said, "The balance of inclusion with personalisation is very much possible. Inclusion will come through transparency.”
"Hybrid is the future. Some industries have some challenges at this point to give that much flexibility. But tech will change the world in the coming future and enable more flexibility. This will further add to the EX at the workplace”, added Tanwar.
Aarti Kohli Aswani Head HR, 博士伦 said, " Artificial intelligence automates repetitive tasks. Even HR processes have repetitive tasks. By utilizing AI, we will be able to eliminate repetitive tasks and focus more on critical thinking and creativity, which AI is unable to replicate. So it can add more value to life and processes. The future will be very different from what it is now.”
