My thoughts, whilst employers dictate atm - but long term, as the markets inevitably shifts, employees will Move if they see Hybrid as a personal priority - so not great for retention potentially !!! Why would you Not offer Hybrid, at least as an option - it widens the talent pool/net for so many people !

Maybe it could well be, as the market has changed from an employees market to an employer's market. Employer's are now calling the shots, so potential employees have to comply with their work location wishes?
