Dear friends,
Les Faux de Verzy, a regional sanctuary for nature in the Marne region, north of France.
Why?
The tree we see here is approximately 160 years old.
TRANSFORMATION?
What all of this has to do with TRANSFORMATION?
While other trees seem to grow straight-up and tall into the sky, these trees grow in any direction but remain fairly small. Yet they thrive as any other tree, there is sunlight, they wear leaves, the shine in fall like no other.
Us?
Ever thought about there are different perspectives, which if you knew them, make a huge difference?
In transformations, we are often confronted with harsh and aggressive language for opinions of team members.
We do not hesitate to express this toward an individual, the expressions can be very personal and negative.
Because of the way and the tone, frustration or fear is expressed, we want to stop a discussion before it even started-SILENCE.
Imagine, we would ask ALL team members to express their opinions-NOT emotions- and there would be somebody in the room with these super powers to think clear,
it could be, somebody would have a different view about the person and the situation and call the same person:
" Talented " instead of "Traitor"
Imagined, we would take time to let that person explain why he/she is of a different opinion and despite the big group power of Cohesion, spoke up?
Keep in mind the person is part of the group and has the same intention to be part of the group's success.
Is it worth listening to others who do not speak in terms of POWER?
Note that often real problems or breakthroughs can be solved by different thinking or a different perspective.
Please, do not feel excluded, speak up and offer help to those who are in need. Unite, where there is difference.
