The future of Tech.eu
Robin Wauters
On a mission to boost the competitiveness of the European technology, startup and investment ecosystem(s), and help the Belgian tech ecosystem reach the next level while at it.
When we launched Tech.eu in late 2013, we believed there was a huge gap in the reporting on the ongoing development of the European technology industry that was just screaming to be filled. We’re extremely happy that our view on this has turned out to be accurate.
And while we are proud of what we’ve achieved so far, we realise it’s still very much the beginning of where we want to go.
We will soon share a series of updates on our plans for the future, but because you are the reason why we do what we do, it’s only fair that we let you help shape them. As we prepare to shift into second gear, we would really appreciate it if you could help us make some decisions.
We’ve put together an online survey that – we know you are all busy busy busy – will only take you 2-3 minutes of your time but would mean the world to us. If you appreciate what we’ve delivered so far, please take a few minutes to answer the survey so we can continue doing it.
You can complete it via this link or on Tech.eu proper.
It would be a massive help!

9 年to be honest with you Robin Wauters, blogs and digital publications are a losing business, especially when you have to hire professional people to write the stories ... My media company launched a tech news site/blog back in the 2009, and with time we realized what a bad investment journalism is ... GigaOm is another reminder that tech news sites are not a good business. We learned some lessons, that i am not willing to share... Tech blogs these days are a dime a dozen, if you're not doing it because you love it, it's not worth it.
