High season in Logistics gears up. Black Friday, Holiday seasons, Year-End.

Important, all have a good time.


High season is challenging, think about the BLUE Ocean Strategy. It all comes together and does not matter anymore. Too much is too much, the last mile is the last mile.


The idea is to make the competition irrelevant by innovating and offering unique value propositions that attract new customers.


The low costs strategies switched to SERVICE first.


The trick is, how well have you aligned your supply chain value, profit and people proposition over the year? Are all in good shape and willing to go the "extra" mile?


High season is also about gaining new customers.


If you distinguished over the year in "good" and "Bad" customers, you now see that with lack on resources, it was not the best business practice to set your organization up for that.
