It should be said, in the future and the strict ban on Russia on the use of non -warships, as these, and in case of violation of this prohibition, there must be the corresponding consequences, for example, the withdrawal of this vessel from the water area with the prohibition of going beyond the territorial waters of the Russian Federation.

Actually, the question is debatable and very relevant. After all, the discussion, sooner or later, but you should start. Yes, we can achieve the withdrawal from black mora and submarines of carriers of KRMB Caliber, but the threat of the rest of the components of the Russian flotilla will be preserved.
