The Future of Retail & eCommerce

The Future of Retail & eCommerce

It’s a fact that the coronavirus crisis has resulted in a significant shift towards online shopping channels as brick-and-mortar stores close and consumers find themselves carrying out almost all of their shopping from home.

Data from Nielsen found that online retail sales in the UK increased by 103% in the four weeks leading up to the 16th May.

While on the surface this is good news for ecommerce and retail digital transformation as a whole, the suddenness of this shift has left many brands scrambling to adapt their digital strategies to cope with a surge in ecommerce demand.

The Need for new world Tech from online retailers to capture more market share couldnt be higher but Customer Returns can also be a significant factor on whether the shopper completes the purchase.

Simply by Investing in XR, AR or VR can help limit returns but also enhance shopper experience, limit abandon carts and improve customer loyalty.

As an Exhibition organiser its important for us to listen to the industry and deliver what is needed

Which is why we have Launched the VR, XR and AR Demo Area which will house the lastest in Industry Innovation.

And as this exciting sector continues to evolve at a rapid pace, we are now offering the opportunity to sponsor this feature!

If you specialise in #AR #XR or #VR and would like to showcase please do not hesitate to get in touch whilst we still have the opportunity!
