2 年Strong disagreement here. This is in no way more efficient than text, whether Word, PDF, ASCII, RTF, or whatever. (If they're sending several pages OR it's not well organized, they're doing *that* wrong in the first place.) These days recruiters don't even set human eyes on a resume at all until it has been parsed and approved by an ATS, but this format is impossible for an ATS to parse, so their resulting profile would be essentially blank or garbage. If I were hiring a developer for a typical role and someone submitted something like that example, yes they would stand out -- but not in a good way. Instant roundfile. Now, if I were hiring a *designer*, or *maybe* an entirely front-end focused dev, or specifically for retro game-dev, okay, maybe this would impress me with their creativity -- IF they submitted it *in addition to* a text resume, or filling out our form. Or if they were submitting it as interactive *art*. But as a resume, IMNSHO sending this alone is worse than useless.
