FUTURE OF RESPONSIBLE AI IN CUSTOMER CENTRIC ROLE

Customer is often treated as in the form of god in our traditional Indian culture, Where the technical term of inviting with more meaningful approach make more contribution to business and with same respective of householders . The importance of having respectful behavior is more important when the individual or team of people have their own organization or a running company and have diverse customers requirements interaction based on the company motive or goals to attract or have customer purchasing cost ! This is one of the stressful or high intense role where one needs to decide tactfully with patience to satisfy diverse customer requirements . Customer centric roles are widely used in various Companies , Startups , MNC'S ,Global corporates etc. This strategy is widely used now in various market domains whether it is consumer based or service based or product based organizations . We can use Responsible Ai here to make it more effective and also increasing satisfaction of the costumer.

AI is being improved and getting smarter with more advancements in technology and data processing such that the current generation of Ai is being transformed into General AI stage. As days pass on ,Society is steadily advancing and progressing those technologies in more improved factual domain . With expecting the AI to be more intelligent and more than or equal capable to perform human tasks ,There is a lot concerns and in international presence which made the world leaders , technologists and policy makers to implement policies and regulations than can have control of developing sophisticated machines or systems . Yes , There is great concern and it definitely impact the world and may result in severe consequences which maybe an equal chances of having similar effect on the world like Great depression back in 1929. But this exploding level of intelligent machines or systems can be used for positive consideration that can be suitable for the society !

It is said that Intelligence is not alone a quality to determine the value of a individual , The priority should also given to the individual who can manage or have Empathy , Emotions ,Kindness ,Responsibility and Care . What we can do is that , We can tune that Conscious AI to develop both Intelligence and Emotional qualities that can improve or best classify the Human -Machine interface approach by implementing Natural language processing with Responsible designed Framework into a understandable software execution such that , The system or machine can be integrated with Understanding Consciousness. This in turn can change or develop a peaceful or favorable opinions among the people living in the society or a country .This Future developing centric technology which will manifest in AI will be more favorable and a Responsible machine whose aim is to promote or develop a natural approach for bringing up the ethics and morale for finding ways to promote betterment in the society

This Responsible AI can be applied in customer centric method in order to bring effectiveness and make a customer more like a human engagement with proper care and understanding with the ability to solve and deliver the right requirement solutions to the customers despite having more diverse cultural and individual background , This hypothetical concept can be more advanced than Chatbots and personal recommendation tools which are being used to automate the tasks but Responsible AI will not take over the jobs of the employees who work in a call centers in a company where it will be act as team collaborator with more enhanced human - Machine interaction .

It is an Evolutionary game of Survival of the Fittest. As long as AI is not self aware, what you described is true. Once Artificial Consciousness comes, AI will start behaving like a customer and we need to please it. This, we need to be aware of. Good article SV Kartikeya, but my opinion is, ethicality of AI is unpredictable and unforeseen till it, actually becomes self aware. This is the Evolutionary Game, that we need to balance on.
