Dear Richa Your points for GenarationZ (GZ) to acquire during entering Work Force(WF) is correct and ideally ok. But for new fresh graduates, is it possible to know these things without hands on experience. And nowadays branding GZ youths as unemployable graduates hurts me. All the attributes what you have mentioned is not possible for GZ youths to acquire without hands on working experience. For example: I am a Graduate Mechanical Engineer of 1980s. I learned the many aspects of what you have mentioned only after joining the job. I got proficiency in many areas like project implementation from Concept to Commissioning, Project Management, HR aspects like IQ EQ Work Life Balance (WLB), ERP Design and Implementation, Information Technology Consultant, Costing & Financing, Finance Planning, Education Sector etc., along with modern Management topics like CSR,Social Security aspects, Data Science and Digitisation etc., etc., All these could be possible only because during our days no one branded us as *unemployable*. During our days Corporates used to recruit us and train us for 2 years based on the needs & requirements of the corporates and mould us.During our days, there was no campus interviews except for Military recruitment.
