The future is now

We must want to know more, because we know there is more

Turn on the light of inspiration, eliminate the sense of desperation

So we may begin to prevent the expiration of a society obsessed with instant gratification

The mind is a place where you can go for peace, it also provides opportunities for release

Stimulate the brain and you will gain the key to the future reign

Of our globally connected society progressing towards academic sobriety

Teachers teach the next generation that will lead our great nation

Of educated minds of all kinds, developing and defining new designs

For how we work and play, creating a new future today

The kids deserve our very best. It’s time for the adults to take the test

Can we maximize learning with the computer? So our kids can have a digital future

21st century skills are all the rage, the buzzwords can be found on the front page

Cooperation, creativity and collaboration, followed by critical thinking and communication

Hopefully these provide a roadmap for schools and teach the students the necessary tools

To be successful and agile, not redundant and fragile

I hope we’re not too late to make the future great

It's a big responsibility to evoke the possibility of endless opportunity for all of humanity

Let’s graduate young adults with a thirst for change, with their sights set on more than minimum wage

Entrepreneurs who want to work differently, people creating jobs that don’t exist presently

You see the importance of education, the critical nature of this dissertation

If we play our cards right, generations will prevail

If our best is just alright, then everyone will fail
