Future of NCR!

April was a month of awakening and opening up new opportunities! In April we had the honour to present #NCRlife at the Belgrade Youth Fair event. We met great young people, and at the same time presented what it looks like to be a part of NCR.

Thanks to my wonderful colleagues Nina Capric, Emilija Negic and Nikola Jovanovic, we managed to convey the IDEAS we live by and inspire young people to take the first step toward their careers.

But what I am especially proud of is that during April we selected 11 magnificent students who will join us on June 27 through a program of internships and first employment. So as the cherry on the cake I would like to introduce you to our #FutureOfNCR:

Katarina Pajcin will join our Software team as a BI Report developer through the first employment program.

She graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in the field of information technology.

The greatest satisfaction and what people recognize about her the most is good and positive energy. She is someone who likes to travel, spend time with family, friends and her dog and also play sports.

Anja Ristic will be part of the internship within our great marketing team in the position of Marketing Analyst Intern.

She is currently in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and is studying Management.

She played volleyball for 13 years. She also loves to cook, draw, travel and read books.

Angelina Odadzic is our next great intern and will also join the marketing team at the Global Government Relations Intern position.

She graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Italy with a degree in International Relations and Global Affairs

She speaks 6 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Hungarian)

Mina Radovic will be an intern in the position of Employer Brand and will have the opportunity to develop as part of the marketing team.

She is currently in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and is studying Management.

She played volleyball for 8 years and also finished elementary music school, in the piano department.

Anja Colic is our intern who will have the opportunity to improve her knowledge as part of our Software team working in the position of Data Science and Analytics Intern.

Anja is studying at the Faculty of Mathematics and she is currently in undergraduate studies in the field of Computer Science.

She likes to travel and meet new people and considers herself an extremely communicative person

Nevena Ikonic will also join us in the internship as part of the marketing team in the position of Marketing Analyst Intern.

She is currently studying mathematics at the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad.

In January of this year, she watched a Marvel movie for the first time, and that's when she realized what she's missed so far.

Ivona Mladenovic is joining us this year as a full-time employee of the SW team as part of the Graduate Program in the position of Junior Software Engineer.

She has a diploma thesis to graduate from the undergraduate studies of Information Technology School - ITS .

The seriousness of the picture is reserved only for special occasions, and there is a lot of positive energy behind it. She is a creative person, who loves coffee, spontaneous trips, nature, music and time with friends.

Mina Skoric will be an intern within our marketing team and will improve her skills as a Marketing Specialist Multimedia intern.

She is currently in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and is studying Information technology.

She loves nature, enjoys cycling by the river and has a great desire to run a marathon.

Natalija Nedic will join us as an intern in the marketing team and will work on Brand Experience.

She is currently in undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration - FEFA.

She has been studying Italian for 12 years and has recently started regular private lessons again.

From this June, Petra Jelesijevic will be an integral part of the SW team in the position of Junior AppOps SRE Engineer

She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at Singidunum University.

If you need makeup advice she is the person to ask and don't let the fact that M?tley Crüe is her favourite band scare you. 

Luka Sekulic is our great new colleague who will join the software team and work in the position of Software Developer.

He graduated from Metropolitan University with a degree in Information Technology.

He was an assistant professor at the faculty in two subjects and is one of the organizers of the humanitarian organization "?ozi United". As for the IT world, he likes to look at all the technologies available to us.

I am extremely happy to have the opportunity to introduce you to these amazing young people who will join our campus in Belgrade and work together from June to become even more recognizable and better than we already are. I can't wait to inform you about all their successes!
