You do not need to increase permanent head count to have access to the best talent and resources.

At FlexExecutives we specialise in finding and placing the best people at senior executive levels on a contract, flexible or fixed term. You might have a project that needs managing, a service that needs refining or a potential organisational restructure; none of these need to be, or perhaps even should be, permanent roles.

Our FlexExecutives are hired to work for a certain length of time, to achieve an outcome or deliver a project and then they move on.  We see an increasing number of businesses thinking more flexibly about senior staff.
