The future looks bright for ERG

Wednesday last week marked my 2 year anniversary as MD of ERG

Joining what was already a highly successful business of 14 years, coupled with the fact the owner of ERG, John Morse, has been a best mate of mine since 11 years old, created a rare business dynamic and a weighted expectation that dispelled any chance of failure but promoted the likelihood of achieving the spectacular.

I am extremely proud of what we have achieved at ERG over these last 2 years and I can say with confidence that using the word “spectacular” to describe our performance over this time is befitting and accurate.

Every extra penny we have generated as a result of quadrupling our sales has been reinvested into our people, our infrastructure, our technology, our work environment, our training and development, our reward schemes and our partnerships. All of this designed to create an elevated platform which allows our growing number of talented people to deliver a premium service to our clients and candidates.

Aligned to this, one of our core strategies named Project "Utopia", incorporated the design and development of a better, slicker more informative website, where our candidates and clients can ease through applications and process to make the consultancy process the best it can possibly be.
