The future of lecturing is here!

It shouldn't be a secret that when I first moved to the U.S. I was nervous about how I could meet my valued customers needs and the many requests for lectures back in Europe all the way from Texas. The solution turned out to be incredibly simple - and something I should have thought about a long time ago! It turns out that many companies are fully technologically up to speed and don't mind booking an online lecture at all - an e-lecture - instead of a normal one where I have to be psychically present. 

It can be both as a live webinar or as a pre-filmed lecture that is shown on the conference day.

And my clients LOVE it - it's really a win-win for both parties. Not only do they pay less for the lecture itself, they also save the accommodation and travel expenses. Furthermore, I can be at home in Austin which is easy and comfortable for me (plus I get to spend a lot more time with my children). Looking back at my 10+ years of lecturing I realised that I've spent more than 25 hours + a week just traveling! That is a LOT of hours!

I've always been on my way to the next lecture. That's why I love technology to bits, it allows me to do my best. All things being equal, it is easier to give 100% when I'm rested and in my own timezone than when I got up a 4am to be at a lecture at 3pm in Paris.

Travel time is a huge time consumer for most of us and although many prefer to sit face to face, technology allows us to eliminate much of that time waste that is unavoidable when traveling.
