Our L&D leaders must learn skills to transform their learning programs while the world continues to undergo inexorable transformations.

The purpose of this article is to highlight top trending technologies and how they can reshape the learning process. Through personalized, adaptive, and efficient training systems, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies can transform training. The technology is already transforming various industries, such as healthcare, IT, products, and finance, and now it's time for corporations to adopt trending technology to reshape learning.


Here are a few learning technologies that are shaping the world of learning today?

Virtual Reality has emerged recently with various use cases needed in learning space. Eg. to explore historical sites or dive deep into scientific concepts through immersive experiences.
