Is traditional leadership learning still serving us well?
As I prepare to bring the depth of immersive leadership development to Amsterdam next week, following the seminars in Paris and Dubai, here are some reflections.
Information without insight is an ineffective use of our most valuable resource: time.
In the upcoming seminar, I will facilitate insightful, real-life leadership conversations. We'll be diving deep with ambitious, entrepreneurial, and dynamic leaders ready to amplify their personal impact and chart a significant professional growth trajectory into 2024 and beyond.
"Knowledge without insight is simply an unwise use of my valuable time." It is paraphrased in a recent discussion with a delegate.
Information without insight is the stuff AI can do better. By a distance.
Although I recognize the foundational value of formal qualifications for structuring critical thought, we must acknowledge when traditional leadership education becomes a cost rather than a worthy investment.
Human-insight lands differently.
It might require a touch of vulnerability, perhaps even courage, but an insight is deeply personal. It integrates into your experience, becoming intimate and defining the texture of a truly transformative journey.
Next week in Amsterdam, we will not just discuss but internalize dozens of these insights. I'm eager to facilitate this journey and grateful for the trust given.
