Especially the discussions, the endless lists of what to do as a leader and how to address Generation, X,Y,Z.
Can it be so difficult? Is it really like conducting an orchestra of Aliens?
Let me share my synthesis from 2 decades practices as 'crisis manager'.
We have to study respectful leadership and find their roots.
