Future leaders are out there. Let’s go find them!

In today’s ongoing competition for global talent, it’s more important than ever to identify potential leaders as early as possible. But just identifying this top talent isn’t enough – companies must also provide the framework and broad experiences these future leaders need to grow, develop and thrive.?

At Boeing, we’re launching a new accelerated leadership program to do just that. The program, intended for college sophomores studying engineering, is now accepting applications from students at Washington University in St. Louis, the University of Washington and Virginia Tech. Interested students can find more information and apply at https://jobs.boeing.com/accelerate. The application period will close on March 18.

Students selected for the program will have paid internships at Boeing during the summers before their junior and senior year, and be placed in a full-time role following graduation. The company will pay tuition and eligible expenses for their junior and senior years, and require a three-year commitment of full-time employment. Other program benefits include mentorship and access to top company leaders.

For students attending schools other than the three participating universities, Boeing offers a wide range of student programs and scholarships. Notably, in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the Boeing | TMCF Scholar Program provides scholarships, internships, immersion opportunities and full-time roles to outstanding students from 13 participating HBCUs.
