Bolton's Investor Event Highlights exciting Town Centre Transformation Opportunities?

?Bolton's recent investor event was a strong success, spotlighting the town's ambitious redevelopment projects aimed at revitalising the town centre and boosting local economy.

Held at the new Bolton Market Food Hall, the event attracted a range of investors, developers and business leaders all keen to explore opportunities in Bolton's key projects. Guests were?able to view a portfolio of properties of all sizes which are ideally suited for food and beverage businesses.? During the event representatives from Bolton Council, development partners and a local town centre business shared their vision,?working and visiting the town centre means there has never been a better time to invest in Bolton’s hospitality sector.

Building on the success of the Food & Drink event and recent work undertaken with the Town Centre on housing delivery, the next step is to assess which buildings are suitable for conversion, identify their owners, and engage with developers interested in advancing these projects. The Council will work to bring all parties together to facilitate this process.

The expectation is to utilise all existing assets with up to 800 units? brought forward in the Town Centre. The key to attracting further investment is reliant on that pipeline of future residents. This event will take place early December. Please keep an eye out on your emails if you are interested.

Get in touch at [email protected] to learn more about these opportunities and discuss how you could be part of the exciting transformation.?
