??? They must be emotionally mature, meaning that they must be self-aware, centered, and flexible in their thinking.

??? They also must be risk tolerant as well as opportunistic. They will be pragmatic optimists who approach things with a whole-brained approach.

?? 2: #DIGITALLY #SAVVY

??? In this digital era, leaders must have an AI DigiTransform strategic focus, and also be preparing for the QAIMETA era of Quantum Computing and Metaverse operations.

??? They will be open-minded and innovative, setting strategic milestones, and following through in an agile manner.

??? And they must underpin all strategies with zero-trust cybersecurity and ethics about data privacy. And for sure they will encourage hybrid workplaces.

??? In the digital era, office workers do not physically "go" to work; work comes to them, online. Any leader who doesn’t grasp this, or who resists it, is a failure, living in the past.

?? 3: #ECOSYSTEM #VIEW

??? In the rapidly changing digital economy, leadership requires a focus on mutual stakeholder interests. They will create a shared corporate purpose with sustainability goals.

??? And they will listen and truly hear every key point of view before making decisions. And being true leaders, they will make decisions that manage the future, not the past.

?? 4: #PLATFORM #LEADER

??? They will develop what I call a Digital Ecosystem Platform (#DEP) to foster mutual sharing and growth for all stakeholders.

??? Futuristic and strategic, they will focus on the customer above all to achieve a “wow” customer experience (CX) while realizing that this will be driven by a motivated employee culture such that employee experience (EX) drives CX.

??? As such, they will mentor and empower teams to make decisions using IQ and EQ to achieve a balanced mindset and perspective.

?? IN SUM …

??? It goes without saying, that such leaders will never micromanage, nor will they tolerate micromanagers.

??? And they will be totally open-minded about remote work and how to manage the productivity of all employees in a hybrid way.

??? That is the future of HR, and HR must be reinvented in accord with the QAIMETA revolution just ahead of us.
