What are human skills, exactly? ?

Here’s what Teresa R. – Director of ConsultHer Ltd and organisational development consultant, had to say:?

“It’s about people understanding the uniqueness they bring to their work and their organisation. It’s about looking at an individual’s sweet spot – what are the key qualities that really get them in the flow, and allow them to thrive.” ?

The bottom line? ?

• Are they a natural leader??

• Are they a strong communicator? ?

• Perhaps they love collaborating in a team!?

And let’s not forget – the risk of not investing in human skills – can be a costly one! Teresa explained more:?

“Look at data within your organisation – identify the cost of communication issues, or high incidence of attrition. Pin down where it is happening, so your performance management or recruitment process can be run differently.” ?

Human Skills & AI: Striking the Balance
