The future is even brighter - Seren Wilson joins the Brightworks team as a Director

We are proud to announce the appointment of Seren Wilson as a Director of Brightworks Consulting.

Seren has 20+ years of experience in generalist human resources, talent acquisition and graduate program design and development. After winning numerous awards in the UK, Australia and New Zealand for graduate program design, she co-founded Talent Solutions in 2016 – New Zealand’s leading early careers consultancy.

She and her team have successfully supported New Zealand organisations to improve their early talent attraction and development strategy and implementation. She’s thrilled to bring her experience and passion for the industry to Brightworks.

Seren is joining Founder and Director of Brightworks, Lou Zoanetti, with their combined experience and knowledge in the early talent industry totalling almost 35 years.
