INTRODUCTION:-

Today, due to COVID-19, a shift was forced towards online. There was a huge impact on the people, organization, and system, creating a new source of job openings online. The pandemic has opened a new gate in the workforce that can deliver work at the right time and without any physical need in the workplace.

This has significantly reduced the cost of the company, expenses of the company that are being created due to the absence of a physical presence

Online jobs are more convenient if people have the talent to do the job with the expected skill sets, then they can manage their time and work on the job. There is a need for significant contacts to get more projects that can add value to its profile.

Due to COVID-19, online jobs are being created at a faster rate. The software acts as an enabler for things like meetings, trainings and other important aspects. It is very useful for both individuals and also for professionals. It is a great initiative to improve the performance of both the company and individuals.

Furthermore, it has widened new avenues and helped people generate new sources of income through freelancing. Remote work opportunities are one of the eye-openers for all the people who were working before COVID-19, and this has opened up the possibility of making remote work available to people who can’t work from the office. This is also a new type of market after COVID-19

Lifestyle changes were happening at that time, and people from the towns and villages were going back to their hometowns.

The future is based on digitalization and the adaptation towards the digital to make the work more specific, simplified, and able to get precise results that can uplift the company’s decisions. Incorporating new emerging technologies that can create impactful results in industries.

EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IMPACTED BY COVID-19

AI (Artificial Intelligence), Digital marketing, computer programming, big data, etc…, are some of the fields that were opened up during COVID-19. There will be significant changes in taking up courses in the future which can create an opportunity for people. Technology-related fields like computer science, analytics, and machine learning can have an impact on the diverse field since they can predict the data in real time.

HYBRID MODEL

This model became popular at the time of COVID-19. Since people can work remotely for the organization with the help of a laptop and internet connectivity, this can create a new type of dimension for the workforce. The hybrid model has become a source of work. People had the assumption that they couldn’t create productivity in the company with the help of the hybrid model. But it creates productivity for the company.

This is taken as the new normal for the company, and the focus on the work had no negative impact and can work towards the company.

The main intent of the hybrid model is to have the work without any stagnant over the work and also the workforce should be flexible in the working area so that they can create a good productivity to the company.

TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE:-

To have clarity over the company there needs the technology to schedule, focus on the company, and take necessary actions before the action that can disrupt the regular activity if it is not yet completed. This can able to improve the skill of the employees and also it can play a major role in collecting the necessary data to have a proper insight into the company.

Rather than using the biometrics, there is a usage of the Virtual Attendance System (Employee Attendance System) which was adopted in the organization. To have the employee’s data by keeping all the data that are needed for improving the company, skill sets of the people in the work place either in direct or in remote and also the performance of the company.

AI will have the replacement over the jobs which are in a regular and old fashion.

The job satisfaction is higher when they are working from home. Technology has become an enabler of work since they can do the work. Saving the time of the company and there will be an enhancement in the productivity of the company.

With the help of video conferencing, remote work becomes easy.

Healthcare industries had an impact on the business. It is 5 times greater than the retail industry which is of steady growth with an estimated investment of $32 billion which is ready to spend.

FOOD & DINING:-

At present, 40% of people are ordering food online. Food has no end since it is a psychological need and people love to eat. With the help of online, there is no barrier to seeing restaurants and a lot of hotels are availing.

E-commerce acts as an enabler for both owners & customers. Food processing, food packaging and food-related companies significantly affected online food's growth. 40% of people are depending on online food.

HOTEL INDUSTRY AND TOURISM INDUSTRY:-

The hospital and tourism sector can create revenue through visitors. In the hotel industry and tourism industry, there will be an online platform which is of ranging from hotel room bookings, web check-in for airlines, rent on vehicles & also various other travel amenities.

It is used to book your clients' rooms, and reserve tours & tickets.

Experience of the hotel is being preferred rather than just booking and coming to the hotel.

TELECOM & IT:-

Among the fastest growing industries, IT & telecom is one of the main backbones in the country. There will be significant growth which can directly affect the standard of living, development of infrastructure & connectivity.

Improvement in technology can create an online business standards.

INSURANCE:-

Huge hype will be there in the insurance sector. The impact level of e-commerce is high. To uplift the economic development in India it is acting as the forefront. In India, there is insurance penetration for government policy. Insurance in various forms has an impact on business life. The vital advice based on their need and compared with the insurance plans which are related to other businesses

Due to the expansion of IT services, knowledge sharing is the biggest boon to society. E-learning improves clarity over the subject and thereby enhances the way of learning and engagement. Quality education needs a more economical background. But today with the help of the internet, and technology the accessibility has become widen. Free online courses that are provided by the FutureLearn , Great Learning , Microsoft etc.., can create an impact in the knowledge and has created lot more innovative ways to educate themselves

1.STARTUPS

Startups are very easy to approach as a fresher and we don't want to relax our self-esteem. We use to have a dream that we have to get into the AC Company and that won't work as a fresher. According to me it's a myth.

You have to choose a startup in such a way that your skill sets should be increased significantly and it should create a confidence to get into the higher level. This can be possible by only getting it into the startup

An entrepreneur or any skilled person right now was started their career as a fresher with the real interest over the subject

Before getting the jobs in AC room, just try to know the skill sets and make yourself more valuable and irreplaceable in any of the field that you are choosing so that they need you at any time of their company. You will be treated as an asset.

2. LINKEDIN PAGE

Authentication in LINKEDIN PAGE will create a hope for the graduates and it will make the people to apply for the company.

This was the startup company that I have worked for the 6 months. I have enjoyed while working but there was a pressure. While I am working , I have developed my self confidence immensely.

3.TRANSPARENCY

In startup, transparency over the both of the sides employee and employer to support one-on-one and can create impact which can help the employees motivation, morale and royalty towards the company will have an impact in a positive way

Creating a system in such a way that none of the things left. This means all the aspects of the work should be available so as to improve the performance of the company

4.DOCUMENTATION OF THE COMPANY

They should give proper salary with proper pay slip with the relevant information. It should have an employee ID with the designation and all the things should be documented so that the company will look like a professional and the freshers will join in the company without any fear of joining in the startups.

5. REVIEWS

People nowadays see reviews as their major deciding factors depend on it. You can take reviews but not as such. It will be biased. Then how can you find whether it is a good company or not.

For example, if an employee posting a worst experience that was happened in their company then that particular company will tell SORRY to the employee or apologize to the employee and they will assure it won't happen it again by tagging that employee.

But if they want to hide then they are scam. It is a clear sign that it can ruin the life of an individual and the decisions here are completely biased.

I had an experience in one company which was established. This was happened before I have gone to the startup. It was a dream company for me. They have not responded to me properly and I have tagged their page in X . They have deleted my tweet. This clearly shows how arrogantly they behave to me. I can't able to digest till now.

My father also said better leave it you get a better opportunity rather than this. You can think any company as your dream company. But it is only based on the employees how they treat as a person rather than treat as a fresher.

6.RESEARCH

We do a research for a product or a service but sometimes we leave the things because of starvation and we want to get the job. We don't care about the background of the company and the people lose their parents hard earned money.

FOR GETTING ANY JOB, NO MONEY IS REQUIRING AT ANY POINT AND WHATEVER KIND OF JOB IT WOULD BE

The above point is a mantra for any kind of job it would be.

If they ask for a money whether it is small or large, then it would be a clear fake company and no second chance is needed to take as a consideration.

LINKEDIN & OPTIMISED WEBSITES ARE THE KEY ELEMENTS THAT YOU CAN FIND WHETHER THE COMPANY IS REAL OR FAKE.

Wisely choose the online jobs and take your own time and don't fall into the trap since the people who are urgent are the one who are falling to this trap.

Having a good and relevant connection in LINKEDIN can create a better opportunity

Networking can create an awesome career opportunity in your life.

Thus, there will be a paradigm shift towards the workforce and there needs a dimension in the career to move on to the future scope and to make the necessary decision based on the factors which can add value to the work.
