The Future in Education: IDP's Study World Expo Showcases Exciting Opportunities in the UK & Ireland

IDP Philippines welcomes the month of October with the biggest UK & Ireland education expo held at the Makati Diamond Residences last October 7, 2023.

Study World: UK & Ireland Education Expo is IDP Philippines’ first UK and Ireland physical fair, following IDP and Intake Education's integration.

IDP Study World is dedicated to connecting aspiring international students with 20 university representatives from prestigious schools and universities in the United Kingdom and Ireland. More than 200 aspiring international students attended and had the opportunity to experience speaking with school representatives face-to-face and gain insights about studying in the UK & Ireland.

Attendees also met IDP Education Counselors for free consultations to find the best school and course matching their skills and interests. They also attended free seminars at the event with topics on 'The Study Abroad Life' featuring a panel of international students from the UK, 'Why Study in the UK,' ‘Why Study in Ireland,’ and 'How to Study Abroad'.

IDP also offered additional services to attendees interested in studying in the UK by helping with finding accommodation, securing health insurance, and managing bank transactions through IDP's Student Essential Services. Attendees could also apply to their preferred institution at the event and schedule a follow-up appointment with the Education Counselors.

The IDP IELTS team was also available at the Study World expo to help students who wanted to take the IELTS test to enhance their study abroad prospects. An IELTS on Computer test simulation was available at the event for those who want to experience certain parts of the test. Attendees who scheduled their IELTS test at the event received special promotions and discounts.
