Mark started his career in marketing communications and public relations, where worked for a bank and several different high-tech and software companies where he found his passion for storytelling. He co-wrote his book Master Storytelling which focuses on using storytelling in an intentional way to drive a point home and help people understand. In this episode, Mark talks about the fundamentals of storytelling, the many lessons you learn, and why showing the human side of yourself is important.
