- major CRM company revenue increase by 20% to 50% every year, company like SalesForce, ZOHO, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.. was moving very fast.
- CRM consulting and development company was doing very good in offering consultation of various known CRM or custom CRM development based on customer's requirement.

What do you think what will be the effect in CRM business after pandemic?
My view on CRM - after overseeing the way industry change after Pandemic.
- CRM need will increase in those businesses who don't have proper technology system to manage customer, their activities, and history.
- Due to pandemic at-least for the next couple of months many businesses avoid visiting customers, Instead, they will manage every communication of the customers in CRM. This will increase the needs of CRM to Small businesses.
- Many industries halt operation due to pandemic slowly open their operation considering pandemic will go over time. These businesses will work hard to get them out of the effect of a pandemic it means those business needs technology to run faster than ever. CRM will be the space for those businesses
- During Pandemic Healthcare Industry is the booming industry for at-least next 1-2 years and needed more technology revolution to quickly cure patients and manage their historical data and charts, this will increase the need for the CRM to engage patients with clinics or hospitals.
As a CRM company, we still received the request of implementation of CRM from industries like,
- Retail
- Pharmaceuticals
- Healthcare
- Supply Chain
It means, still there are ways to stand in the CRM market, 2 Things is most important.
