This will help the team at the Hilton not only scale their concierge support, but also, in the words of?Floris Licht, the Hilton General Manager,?“offer a more unique and private experience too for guests”, one of the biggest trends in the leisure and travel industry at the moment!?This is especially key considering the shortage of staff in the hospitality & travel industry we are all experiencing: it's becoming more and more necessary for hotels to lean on technology.
