Last couple of years have been very exciting for the Co-Working Industry and they have seen an exponential growth.
However, Covid has put breaks to this growth and it is uncertain that how things will unfold after Covid and how much time it will take to recover from the after-effects of this pandemic.
Startups who were the biggest customers of these Co-Working spaces, are now and finding it tough to sustain in this rough weather and they may end-up in cutting some of these expenses.
At the same time, many of the corporates who were also a customer to these Co-Working spaces are also reconsidering their decision that whether they should use Co-Working spaces or continue with WFH Regime.
Few questions to ask:
1. Will this be the end of Glory for Co-Working Industry?
2. With people, every challenge brings new opportunities, what opportunities this Covid has brought to Co-Working Industry?
3. How this is going to bounce back and what is going to be the main enabler for next wave of growth for Co-Working Industry?
However most of these questions are unanswered and it may take some time to get the answer of these questions.
