Developing city -Hyderabad
Since the onset of COVID-19, Hyderabad's real estate industry has undergone significant growth, marked by a surge in demand and subsequent escalation in prices per square foot. The city's rapid expansion hints at a profound transformation of its skyline by 2028, with numerous premium projects currently under construction slated for completion.
?With Hyderabad boasting an abundant land bank and strategically located on the Deccan Plateau, it holds immense potential for growth in all directions. Over the past five years, the western part of Hyderabad, including areas like Kokapet, Kollur, Tellapur, and others, has witnessed remarkable development, particularly in proximity to Gachibowli, the financial district, and HITEC City.
?This growth owes credit to visionary entrepreneurs, burgeoning start-ups, pharmaceutical companies, and notably, the IT sector, which has created significant employment opportunities and reshaped the city's lifestyle. Consequently, per capita income has experienced a substantial increase, a trend expected to persist, especially with the Indian government aiming for a $5 trillion market by 2027.
